Resolution: Annual reports of AAIM, C.C., Sangyaharan off Shodh, U.P. State Branch, M.S., Branch, Statement of account of Central Council , U.P. State Branch & Sangyaharan Shodh coild not be placed due to COVID19 Pandemic and will be placed online on a suitable date in future.

Agenda 4: Election of Office Bearers.

The Gen. Secretary Dr. S. Bhatt invited Dr. K.K. Pandey, retuning officer to hold the election process.

Resolution: Resolved that Prof. K.K. Pandey declared the result of election unanimously without any opposition as follows-
